Journey

I was born in Houston and raised in Minneapolis. I earned my undergraduate degree in Communication and Spanish with minors in Marketing and Film Studies from Eckerd College in St. Petersburg, Florida. At Eckerd, I developed skills in social change and engaged with influential leaders like Elie Wiesel. My studies took me abroad to the University of Belgrano in Buenos Aires, Argentina, and Ulster University in Coleraine, Northern Ireland, enriching my global perspective. My passion for live events and concerts grew during my travels and has become a central part of my personal and professional life. To date, I’ve visited more than 33 states and 10 countries, and attend/support over 100 concerts and festivals. 

After graduation, I began working for Royal Caribbean in the Compliance department assisting with acquisitions. From there I grew into the position of an Account Executive with Royal's luxury brand Azamara. As cruising stalled with the pandemic, I began working for an educational non-profit supporting first-generation college hopefuls in Austin, Texas. I found a home in Austin and completed my graduate work at the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas.
 

I now serve as the Director of Guest Experience for Rodeo Star, leading guest experience strategy and operations for two growing rodeo events in Minneapolis and Boston. In this role, I am building the guest experience infrastructure from the ground up—designing scalable systems, enhancing accessibility, and creating seamless, guest-first environments.
 

In addition, I work at the Museum of Fine Arts, Boston in premium customer experience, where I deliver elevated, personalized service and craft memorable, inclusive moments that reflect the museum’s commitment to excellence and accessibility.

 In my downtime, I like going to concerts, swimming and watching spy movies. My favorite books are Bossypants by Tina Fey and Born a Crime by Trevor Noah.
